Debbie Hay

Debbie has a BSc(Hons) in pharmacology from Sheffield University and PhD from Imperial College London. She is a Fellow of the British Pharmacological Society (FBPhS) and a Fellow of the Royal Society Te Apārangi (FRSNZ). Research in the Hay laboratory focuses on the molecular pharmacology of class B G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR), including those for calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), amylin and the adrenomedullins; these receptors are important targets for migraine, diabetes/obesity and cardiovascular disease. Debbie is an Editorial Board member of the British Journal of Pharmacology and Trends in Pharmacological Sciences.
